In accordance with our Child Safety Standards and the Brazilian Digital ECA, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. We actively monitor our platform to ensure no CSAE/CSAM is stored or transmitted. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

VoteMerit utilizes a self-hosted backend infrastructure (managed by Byteaim) for data management. We do not share your personal data with third-party cloud database providers.

When you sign in using your Google account, we receive your email, full name, and profile picture. This information is used strictly for creating your account, personalizing your profile, and securing your identity.
