Child Safety Standards
VoteMerit is committed to maintaining a safe environment. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that endangers children.
VoteMerit (developed by Byteaim) strictly prohibits the creation, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Any user found to be engaging in activities that exploit or abuse children will be permanently banned from the platform, and all relevant data will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
VoteMerit provides built-in mechanisms for users to provide feedback and report concerns. If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe violates our child safety standards, please use the following methods:
- Use the "Submit a Correction" form to report inaccurate or inappropriate data.
- Contact our safety team directly via the email address provided below.
We review all reports within 24-48 hours and take immediate action where violations are confirmed.
For specific child safety concerns or to report potential violations of these standards, please contact our designated Child Safety Point of Contact:
Safety Team (Byteaim)
VoteMerit complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the UK Council for Child Internet Safety (UKCCIS) guidelines and US federal laws regarding the reporting of CSAM.
We regularly audit our platform data to ensure no prohibited material is present and that our volunteer researchers adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding data collection.
